Anti Slavery

In line with our core humanitarian values, Infyshine is deeply committed to eradicating slavery and human trafficking. This commitment is prominently reflected in our “Anti-Slavery and Anti-Human Trafficking Policy,” known as “Dignity at Workplace.”

We unequivocally condemn slavery in all facets of our business, affirming every employee’s right to work under fair conditions. Slavery, defined as the ownership of one human being by another with the deprivation of rights, is considered a criminal act and a grave violation of human rights at Infyshine.

Similarly, human trafficking, which involves the coercive employment of individuals through deception or coercion, is vehemently rejected. We have zero tolerance for such practices.

We actively implement and enforce robust systems and controls to prevent such abhorrent acts within Infyshine. Our Ethics Team, led by the HR Manager acting as the designated Ethics Officer, oversees policy implementation and periodic reviews. This commitment is communicated during induction and extends to all stakeholders. We have maintained a corruption-free record since inception, reinforced through regular ABAC training sessions for all business units
